At Sonno, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and assembly hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
